A : Duties & Responsibilities
The Purpose of establishing thermal plant is producing and providing electric energy needed for Trans mission network in the country. The fact of control and supervision on the facilities and establishments as well as function needed for permanent production of electric energy are done by management and employees of operation affaires the most important responsibilities are as follow:
1_Providing needed requests of National Dispatching in the part of producing electric energy needed for network momentary.
2_Visiting facilities and establishment process producing and controlling correct function by given operators, recording of parameters and values in special forms (log sheet) in the long-term.
3_Controlling & supervising on the inserted parameters and values in the computer’s system, alarms and command rooms and doing immediate for correcting abnormal parameters in order to maintain the permanent capacity of production of electric energy.
4_Providing & indicating different reports in respect of production internal consumption, fuel consumption's to company management and other parts in charge.
5_Registering affairs and events during day and night in the different places and completing different forms in spite of doing tests, erecting & exiting units.
6_Reporting errors and faults existed in the different parts of the plant & preparing secure conditions for performing maintenance jobs on the faulty equipment and at last start and operation repaired equipment.
7_Exiting unit for repairing & starting up it after doing maintenance according to instruction’s manufacturer.

B : Institutions & Organizational structure
Operation affairs consist of five office named shift office which are determined by the letters of A,B,C,D,E, and they do their jobs in three shift every 8 Hours during day & night. Every shift office has to technicians and an expert as the manager which all of them do their jobs under the supervision of operation affairs.
In addition to manage of existing human sources in operations, the operation affairs manager , supervise continuously on the affairs and functions in the shift offices and in the emergent conditions, decisions such as exiting unit and start up unit are of their responsibilities. Anyway, operation affairs by remanding in the function line are from important parts in any plant high quality and endeavor in these affairs have exact effect on the final function of the company. As in the past times, taking the best grade by the company in producing electric energy is because of their permanent try of the personnel and can be repeated by the protects of the great manager in future.
