The planning & engineering affairs which do duties directly under the supervision of the company's manager have four groups of efficiency & planning, instrument, mechanical electric and chemical expert, safety and environment & educational expert.
Each of the above said groups are in charged of supervising & controlling the operation and maintenance actions in a given area. Environment And safety chemical expert supervise on the chemical affairs, power plant’s environmental situation and safety unit. They also control and improve situation. Educational expert is in charge of educational unit.
From general duties and responsibilities of the planning & engineering affairs we can name following criteria; controlling and supervising all the basic and periodical maintenance, inspecting nonconformity's, deciding & controlling for removing their problems using statistical techniques for removing and preventing performances, educational planning for promotion of awareness level in different areas and setting educational periods and various conferences.
The most important activities done by these affairs in past years are as follow
1_Receiving forms of operational cards from the computer for permits of inspecting commissions & completing informational bank relevant to the done actions the power plant’s equipment.
2_Providing overhaul plans of power plant’s units and supervising on their correct action.
3_Providing unit’s periodical maintenance plans and supervising on their correct action & also preparing final reports of done actions.
4_Preparing daily statistical reports and monthly statistical bulletins, and their analysis.
5_Preparing the company’s yearly statistical bulletins for the board of manager.
6_Taking photograph of the power plant’s equipment and providing different Albums in time of unit’s basic and periodical maintenance.
7_Systematic archiving of all the forms, reports, agenda and soft ware possibilities such as informational diskettes and CD relevant engineering affairs.
8_Providing and communicating forms relevant to routine visit of equipment and following their action on time
9_Repairing computer’s software & hardware problems which exist in power plant and super visiting on the whole company’s informatics activities.
10_Preserving and protecting power plant’s papers and documents in technical archive for use of personals.
11_Following power plant’s environmental affairs & supervising on their correct action and setting.
12_Supervising & participating in changing igniters into gas burner one.
13_Setting distribution commission of maintenance cards and following their on time action.
14_Preparing agenda and setting technical commitment weekly and at last providing proceeding and following their contents.
15_Setting commissions of the maintenance cards and inspecting existed causes weekly.
16_Setting inspection commission to find the causes of existing the units and indicating work ways for preventing occurrence of similar trips
